RE:mate concentrates on developing a platform that is simple to use, collaborative, and accessible to German architectural offices and construction firms. The platform would connect the communities such as the LEAG, Vattenfall, students and professors of Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus (BTU), the miners and most importantly the residents.

This is to involve the local community and the professional services, acting as a collaborative effort to practice the concept of Cradle to Cradle. This would increase the effect of promoting the use of recycled building materials.
